Look who’s eating the grapes!
This squirrel came to visit me in the garden.
She also helped herself to some grapes.
The vegetable plants in our garden are getting bigger.

Garden Plot
This is our raised bed, it is 24′ x 12′.
On the east side, there is a grapevine that was planted by the previous home owner. I haven’t tried the grapes yet, maybe next year after the vine gets some much needed TLC. In April, I did find these wild blackberries growing all over and I made a cobbler.
Here are some of the vegetables that I started: tomatoes, eggplants and bell peppers.

My 100 Thing Challenge
My 100 Thing Challenge is different, of course. My focus is on clothing. I am attempting to narrow my wardrobe down to 100 pieces. I also want to donate some old baby clothes. I will pick 100 pieces to save, since I hope the next baby will be a boy but I would also like another girl. Hopefully my husband will participate, we’ll see. I know we wear less than 100 pieces of clothing each. I wash the same clothes all the time and the others just hang or sit there!
Next, I want to repurpose 100 of my things. While I am organizing and cleaning, I will try to reuse as many items as I can somewhere else. Most of the items will be things that would normally go in the trash or to the dump. I already have a few in mind, but not 100. This should be interesting and fun.

Happy Father’s Day
Today we made a cake for Daddy and Pop. I decided to try a new recipe, this snickerdoodle cake sounded perfect since everyone here loves snickerdoodles and cake. It is delicious. If you like cinnamon, you will love this cake.
This is our cake.
I crumbled the cake that you cut off to make them even with some brown sugar and put it on the sides of the cake. Next time I make this cake, I will put a brown sugar filling in the middle instead of frosting.
And Naomi made this card for her Daddy.
